Our property finding service is completely free.

If we do a good job for you, and find you the perfect property, then we earn our fees as our normal estate agents commission on the sale.

We are the only number you need.
We are here for you from the moment you make an initial enquiry until after you have completed a purchase.

Step 1 - The first step

Once we have had initial exchanges by phone or mail, we then like to sit down with you for a longer discussion in order to get to know you and really understand exactly what you are looking for.

If you cannot make it to Cham, please fill our questionnaire (by clicking on the link below) in order for us to get to know you better.

TELL US ABOUT YOU

We then ask you to sign a 'Mandat de Recherche'  - This is a French legal document that then allows us to investigate further on your behalf.

Step 2 - The search

We then check and scour through all our sources and contacts to find the most interesting leads.
We then visit each of these properties so that we can see for ourselves if they correctly reflect the adverts or if there are any problems.

Step 3 - The analysis

We then write reports on all of these properties, along with comments and advice for you to choose which ones remain interesting for you to visit.
At this point we are also involved in advising you about everything from potential renovation costs to future rental revenue.

Step 4 - The purchase

Now that we have reduced to a few choices, it is time for a visit !
Again we are here to advise and help with everything from choice of Notary, broker, accountant and the whole French legal process.
We are then here for the whole process to answer any questions and help in any way until the day of the signature.

Step 5 - It's yours !

At this point our sister company steps in, Chamonix Ten80 is here to help with everything from switching utility suppliers to your name, organising internet installation and all the myriad of maintenance tasks that are made easy by us.
