It is difficult to find the perfect property when you lead a busy life. If you do not live locally, this is even more challenging.
Our property finding service is an ideal way to find your new home, without the exhausting and frustrating searching process.
We do all the 'leg work' for you.
By combining our local knowledge of the Chamonix valley and our excellent contacts with estate agents, and experience in the property industry, we are able to liaise with all parties throughout the searching and buying process, providing a seamless service to assist with all aspects of the journey.
While estate agents work on behalf of the property seller, we work on behalf of you with your interests at heart.
Define your needs
We arrange an initial meeting to obtain a clear understanding of your needs. This can be by phone or mail exchanges, but ideally we like to meet and chat with you in person to really understand what it is that you are looking for.

Source properties
We have many avenues for this:
- Properties that we already hold a mandate for
- Properties that our partner agencies (Agence Montagne and Chamonix Transactions) hold mandates for
- We then actively source property being marketed through all the other 80+ estate agents operating in the Valley.
- Private owners. Through our contacts we can also access property not yet advertised on the open market. * With a ' Mandat de Recherche'
We short-list and view all appropriate properties to find everything that is 'on brief' and relevant.
We then report back to you and arrange further viewings with you, accompanied if required.
At this stage we can also provide estimates of both maintenance costs as well as rental revenue in order to help in your decision making process.
Advise, negotiate & report
We negotiate a price and submit offers on the client’s behalf. We provide a written report to the client at short notice if required. We re-negotiate a price on behalf of the client if required.
We oversee the purchase of property from viewing to completion.
After sales service
